Air Freight Rates

Air Express - Rates Policy
- Packages requested shipping method "Economy (Air)" will be shipped on Air Asia flights.
- Currently two (2) shipments are scheduled every week on Air Express mode.
- Rates are fixed and no discount allowed further.
- There is NO possibility of offloading of the shipments and may be some possibility of last-minute re-scheduling, since presently Air Asia plans to operate a narrow body aircraft with Passenger loads.
- Recommended for all packages which are small heavy and bulky.
- Liquid items, standalone Batteries, and Magnetic items are not allowed.
- Electronic Items like Mobile phones, Laptops are allowed.
- Golden opportunity to bring home your essentials From & To India, Malaysia, Maldives & Indonesia.
Operations Policy
- Packages requested shipping method "Air Express" will be shipped on other major airlines where Air Asia is not Flying.
- Operations of all packages which are time sensitive and are light / heavy and bulky are connected and cleared by Customs smoothly.
- Standalone Batteries are not allowed, if wish it can be carried by our ON Board Services, whereas additional charges will be applicable.
- Liquid items and electronic items, like Mobile phones, Laptops are allowed with additional charges as per terms.
- Medicines are Allowed with our Medicine Express product where the charges are higher than the normal. Medically Purchased Bill is MUST.

Assisted Shopping Terms & Conditions

Customer Requests
- Customers are responsible for sending item/product links to purchase.
- Our recommendation is to send links from a standard shopping platform and check seller or website ratings before sending a request.
- Description (size, colour, model) of items/products must be clearly mentioned when sending the requests.
- We, SkyShop.asia will not search and recommend items/products to customers.
Purchase Invoice
- Invoice to requested items/products will be sent within 1-3 days from the requested date.
- Any items which are out of stock (or not available) will not be included when sending invoice.
- Admin fee which is taken as a percentage of total purchase amount will be included in the invoice sent.
Purchase Payments & Refunds
- Requests will be processed once customer settles the invoiced amounts.
- If an item/product goes out of stock in between customer makes the payment and before we purchase, amount will be refunded to customer.
- If an item/product's price goes up after the invoice was sent and the customer makes the payment, the difference will need to be settled by the customer in order to process the request.
- Refunds will take 5-7 working days from the day customer requests.
Updates on Items Purchased
- Updates about purchased items can be found on the Items table of each request.
- As items are being delivered to Malaysia Warehouse, item status will be updated to "Received" along with date of received.
- In cases where purchased Item gets cancelled by the shopping platform due to various reasons, value of the cancelled item will be refunded to the customer. Admin fee and GST from Admin fee is non-refundable.

Consolidation and Repacking of Packages Details
- Consolidation lowers the Shipping cost.
- If the order contains more than 2 packages, an additional fee shall be charged for consolidation and re-packing to combine and minimize the size of final package.
- This is a one time charge per shipment. NOT charged per package.
- Consolidation will be free for packages small enough to fit into a courier pouch bag.
- This will only be done upon request by customers.
